Chapter 2002: Decision to fire (1) Chapter 2002: Decision to fire (1) For a person who was just one step away from becoming a Dean, this result was quite valuable!
Therefore, he spared no effort in trying to complete this exchange.
It didnât matter if the students and teachers were satisfied or not!
As long as the teachers and students of yaohui Academy were satisfied, that was enough!
But what about Xia qingchen?
What did he do?
He had actually injured the distinguished guest from the yaohui Academy on the spot!
If they were dissatisfied and ended the exchange early, not only would this matter not become his achievement, but it would also become a black mark that would hinder him from being promoted to the position of Dean!
The anger in his heart could be imagined!
âI was the one who hit her, she only had herself to blame.â Xia qingchen only replied with ten words.
Ten words were enough to explain everything.
However, in Chen Qianâs eyes, her attitude was not sincere enough.
You should at least feel a little guilty, right?
âGood!
Since youâve admitted to it, then Iâll deal with you according to the Academyâs rules.â âAccording to the rules of the heavenly Star Academy, teachers are forbidden from fighting in private.
If the fight causes serious consequences, they will be expelled and sent to the police Hall for legal action!â Chen Qian said with an iron face.
As soon as he finished speaking, the expressions of all the teachers and students changed.
Wen xueying slammed the table and said with a cold face, ââWithout even asking for the reason, he decided on his own?
Youâre really muddleheaded as the Deputy Director!â
The students were also getting excited.
Vice Principal, it was the teachers from the yaohui Academy who started the fight and attacked teacher Xia!
âYeah, teacher Xia was just acting in self-defense.â
âYou canât wrong a good person!â
Chen Qian remained unmoved despite the crowdâs support.
He pointed at the unconscious Zhou xingmei with an upright and unyielding expression.
âSilly!â âYou accuse a victim and shield a murderer.
Are you the students of the heavenly Star Academy?â he said sternly.
but she was the one who made the first move âŠ
Some students retorted loudly.
âNo buts!â Chen Qian flicked his sleeves and said resolutely.
I only care about the results, and the result is that the murderer is unharmed, while the victim is seriously injured!â
âItâs reasonable to deal with teacher Xia according to the Academyâs rules!â
What a good sentence, only looking at the results!
So Xia qingchen should have just stood there unmoving and allowed Zhou xingmei to beat him to death?
If Xia qingchen didnât resist Zhou xingmeiâs sneak attack at such a close distance, even if he didnât die, he would be heavily injured.
If it was really Xia qingchen who was heavily injured, how would Chen Qian treat Zhou xingmei?
Would she be chased out?
He wouldnât!
Perhaps she would even console Zhou xingmei and discipline her teacher in the future!
Vice Principal Chen Qian had no bottom line in licking the yaohui Academyâs boots!
âDeputy Dean, do you know that the victim you mentioned used the killing Nirvana artifact of the yaohui Academy?â Wen xueying rebuked coldly.
If Xia qingchen didnât stop us, a large number of students would have died!â
Chen Qian ruthlessly glared at Wen xueying.
In his eyes, Xia qingchen and Wen xueying were birds of a feather!
isnât that because of Xia qingchen?
â yes!
Chen Qianâs face was resolute.
Iâve already decided to expel teacher Xia!
Xia qingchen, make your preparations.
Hand over the heavenly Star Academyâs badge and work clothes, and you can scram!
To be honest, Chen Qian still felt a little regretful.
After all, Xia qingchen was about to teach the first spiritual class in Maple Leaf nation!
Once he succeeded, it would definitely cause a sensation, and it would have a positive effect on the heavenly Star Academy.
It was just that Xia qingchen had been recruited by the headmaster.
If he really produced good results, it wouldnât have much to do with him, the Vice headmaster.
On the other hand, he had to appease the yaohui Academyâs side and make sure that this matter was completely settled.
As for Xia qingchen, if he hindered his political achievements, no matter how outstanding he was, he could only ask him to get lost!
Yao shuicheng was shocked and quickly said, â Deputy Director, thereâs no need to make such a big fuss.
This matter was indeed caused by our teacher Zhouâs mishandling of the matter.
Teacher Xiaâs responsibility isnât big.
What he said was fair.
Even though he was on the opposing side, he felt that Chen Qianâs method of dealing with Xia qingchen was extremely inappropriate.
donât say anything, professor Yao!
Chen Qian raised his hand and said kindly, â Iâll give you a satisfactory explanation!
After he spoke, he coldly glared at Xia qingchen.
âGo back and prepare!â
Then, he rode a cloud and left.
Expelling a star-class teacher was a very serious matter, and it wasnât something that Chen Qian could decide on his own.
He needed to discuss it with the other two vice-presidents.
Of course, now that the director was not here, Chen Qian, as the acting director, had more authority than the other two Deputy Directors combined.
Even if they opposed it, it would be useless!
In the main hall on the mountain peak.
The two vice school heads came over.
You want to expel Xia qingchen?
â The other male Vice Principal frowned.
The only female Vice Principal said meaningfully, ââDeputy Director Chen, have you informed the director of this matter?â
Xia qingchen was someone the headmaster had recruited.
If they wanted to expel him, they should at least inform the headmaster, right?
This was the most basic respect for the Dean.
Xia qingchen has committed a grave mistake.
Even if the headmaster finds out about this, he would also agree to expel Xia qingchen.
Chen Qian said disapprovingly.
So they didnât even inform the Dean?
The two Deputy deans âgazes changed slightly.
Chen Qian had become more and more daring recently.
He didnât even discuss with the person who fired the Dean?
Could it be that there was someone from the National Dao impartment Hall who was supporting Chen Qian?
This was going against the Dean.
Their thoughts began to change.
To be honest, whether Xia qingchen was expelled or not wouldnât have a great impact on them.
With Xia qingchen around, they might be able to gain some honor from the spiritual class.
However, they wouldnât be able to gain much.
It couldnât be that a spiritual class could directly upgrade the heavenly Star Academy to a higher level, right?
The problem now wasnât about expelling Xia qingchen.
Instead, it was a matter of which side they were on.
Should they continue to stand on the directorâs side, or should they stand on Chen Qianâs side, who had someone backing him up?
If they stood on the wrong side, their future days would not be good.
The male Vice President thought for a moment and made a decision.âDeputy Director Chen is in charge of everything in the hospital.
Iâll just carry out your orders.â
He didnât take a side, but stood in a neutral position.
In any case, Chen Qian was the one who fired him.
He did not object, nor did he agree.
In the future, the director would also look for Chen Qian to blame.
âAnd you?â Chen Qianâs eyes narrowed as he looked at the female vice headmaster.
She was the only one who had a good impression of Xia qingchen.
However, in the face of her own interests, she was still very cautious.
âThis âŠ
Iâm not too sure about the cause of the matter, so I canât make a judgment.â
however, I suggest that you communicate with the director and let him decide.
She was also standing in a neutral position!
Would Chen Qian be able to communicate with the director?
What he meant was that he wanted Chen Qian to make his own decision.
âAlright!â Chen Qian smiled.
The resolution was passed!
Expel Xia qingchen!â
Then, he took out an expulsion letter, signed his name, and stamped it with the Academyâs seal.
men, hand this over to Xia qingchen.
Get him to complete the procedures within a day!
The decision to expel him was passed so easily.
After receiving the notice of expulsion, Xia qingchen stood in front of the dormitory for a long time.
He then turned around and said, â tell Chen Qian that firing me is the biggest mistake of his life.
