Captain America Rogers was in contact with Ross, and since it involved Phantom Knight, Rogers didn’t want others to interfere. After the initial surprise, Ross shared all the details of the situation with Rogers, including the recent battle and the unique combat abilities displayed by Bucky.

“Thank you, Ross. The situation regarding Wakanda is no longer just an international dispute; SHIELD will handle it. If you have any further information, please contact us promptly,” Rogers said politely to Ross after learning about the recent battle and Wakanda’s retrieval of Ulysses.

“Of course, Mr. Captain America. However, if what Ulysses claimed is true, then Wakanda is a country that should be treated with utmost attention due to the presence of vibranium, something that can influence the global situation significantly.”

“Thank you for the reminder; we will be vigilant.”

Rogers then ended the communication with Ross. He naturally intended to take Wakanda and its vibranium reserves seriously, as Ross had advised. However, regarding the mention of the individual with the ability to change size during the operation to capture Ulysses, Rogers seemed to recall similar incidents from the past.

“You say you came here to help us, but why didn’t you tell us from the beginning? You must know that your identity is closely related to Iron Man Tony Stark, and we’ve also discovered your status as a reserve member within SHIELD. So, logically, you should be helping SHIELD investigate Wakanda. Or is that what you’re doing now?” T’Challa questioned Lin Rui while maintaining a watchful gaze.

While Wakanda had aspirations of engaging with the outside world in recent years, those efforts had been initiated on Wakanda’s terms, not in such a passive manner as being discovered. Furthermore, SHIELD could very well exploit N’Jadaka’s identity to cause trouble for Wakanda.

While their suspicions remained, they couldn’t ignore the potential benefits of cooperation with someone who possessed advanced technology and knowledge.
