Chapter 1563: 653: The Letter

Chapter 1563: Chapter 653: The Letter

“The entry ‘Mandala Uroboros’ is about to upgrade.”

A line of faint text remained still.

Shen Ye waited for a few breaths, feeling gradually puzzled.

The upgrade of entries is usually quick.

Why is there no movement now?

A few more breaths passed.

A new prompt finally appeared:

“In the previous battle, you did not completely defeat the opponent; you ended in a draw.”

“This time, the entry cannot evolve.”

Something’s wrong!

It said I won just now, but now it suddenly turned into a draw.

Where’s the problem?

Looking at the new prompt, a deep gleam flashed in Shen Ye’s eyes.

“Valhado.”

He spoke.

Valhado appeared quietly in front of him.

“I have something to ask you,” Shen Ye said.

“Speak,” Valhado said.

“In the realm of the mysterious, how is strength divided?” Shen Ye asked.

“The High-dimensional Lord and the Destruction Doomsday once confirmed this, don’t tell me you don’t even know this,” Valhado asked.

“I don’t know,” Shen Ye said frankly.

“Impressive—you wouldn’t really be a human male just over twenty years old, would you?” Valhado asked again.

Shen Ye looked at him, smiled without speaking.

“Alright, this is a commonly accepted thing, I’ll say it once more, it’s no big deal.”

“I’ll use myself as an example.”

“—I am a mysterious life formed by mimicking a certain existence. I have an Emergence Level ability that cannot be suppressed by other Truth Creations, called ‘All-Powerful.'”

“When you possess an Emergence Level ability that is completely unsuppressable and can exert power at all times—”

“You would be called a B-Level strong person.”

“B-Level?” Shen Ye repeated.

“That’s right, I am a mid-level B presence,” Valhado crossed his arms and said, “In the many Historical Fragments, reaching B-Level allows you to move unfettered.”

“Because of that Emergence Skill that is not suppressed by anything?” Shen Ye asked.

“Correct,” Valhado said.

“Then what about the other tiers?”

“Those who can manifest the Mysterious Shadow, with Basic Attributes above the Truth 21st Rank, satisfying these two conditions would be classified as D-Level mysterious life;”

“Doomsday and sentient beings able to battle D-Level mysterious life can also be classified as D-Level.”

Shen Ye nodded.

The Mysterious Shadow is the Dharma Aspect.

Those who can manifest the Dharma Aspect, with Basic Attributes reaching the Truth 21st Rank, countable on one’s fingers in the Myriad Realms.

Yet on the Other Shore, this is merely the lowest level of existence!

“What about C-Level?” Shen Ye asked.

“On the basis of D-Level, possessing at least 1 entry, having a Mysterious Identity and corresponding Skills, then you’ve reached C-Level,” Valhado said.

Shen Ye pondered for a moment, then understood.

That is also easy to comprehend.

The Umbrella Demon he encountered once had a Mysterious Identity.

It should be a C-Level existence.

But a Mysterious Identity is not fixed.

This is a very interesting thing.

—When a Truth Creation upgrades, the Mysterious Identity elevates as well, and the corresponding Mysterious Skill increases in power.

Only to hear Valhado continue:

“B-Level has already been explained.”

“As for A-Level, it is more challenging.”

“Beyond having Emergence Level abilities, on the basis of B-Level—”

“Any of your entries, Mysterious Identity and Skills, Mysterious Shadow, or other various abilities, must exceed the usual scope, immensely powerful, almost considered invincible.”

“But how is it measured? What constitutes being immensely powerful?” Shen Ye pursued.

“Unprecedented, unheard of by others—you are the first existence to possess such ability, and you use it to vanquish B-Level experts effortlessly—”

“Only this way can you be called an A-Level expert.”

“Is A-Level the strongest then?” Shen Ye asked.

“No, above A-Level is the S-Level, such as the one I mimic, the ‘All-Knowing and All-Powerful Lord’, he is an S-Level existence.”

“S-Level beings are those capable of deciding the main history, highly few.”

Valhado said.

A moment of silence.

“I see,” Shen Ye sighed, continued, “B-Level strong Valhado, I now ask you—”

“Why did you hold back in the previous battle?”

“Me? Hold back?” Valhado countered.

“Yes.”

Shen Ye looked at the battle records in the void and said:

“It’s fine to tell you, I have the entire battle record here.”

“Before you died, you released an ‘All-Powerful Blessing’, strengthening the strong one who attacked you.”

“Then you were killed by their joint attack.”

“—I resurrected you.”

Valhado chuckled twice, ponderingly said:

“You know everything I did.”

“Yes, you could have won, but you still made me have to resort to resurrection,” Shen Ye quickly continued, “In the end, I even used your Strength, which let the opponent gather more intelligence.”

“The opponent probably already has some guesses about my abilities.”

“Is this what you hoped for?”

Valhado sighed, scratching his head, said: “Sorry, I’ll be smarter next time, and won’t put you in such a difficult situation—”

Poof.

Shen Ye pulled out a long skeleton from the ground, directly stabbed it into his forehead, then swung it hard—

Valhado was lifted high, thrown, and nailed to the skeleton wall.

“You already tried, but your ‘All-Powerful’ cannot break free from my Strength, can it?”

Shen Ye said.

Valhado let out a cry of agony, suddenly stopped, stared at Shen Ye, and said:

“Your Mysterious Shadow is extremely formidable, it can—”

Valhado suddenly paused.

A trace of confusion flashed in its eyes.

Simultaneously.

A line of faint text appeared before Shen Ye’s eyes:

“The ‘All-knowing and All-Powerful Lord’ deems your abilities unknown, and no one can know its specific situation.”
