Chapter 750: Chapter 734: I Am Not a Slut 45
Xiao Yuzhu was on a plane for the first time, and she was especially nervous throughout the trip.
Anning stayed by her side, talking to her in a gentle and soft voice, trying to ease her anxiety.
Before boarding the plane, Xiao Yuzhu threw up again.
Xiao Yuan massaged a few acupoints to alleviate her discomfort.
By the time they were seated on the plane, Xiao Yuzhuās complexion was terribly pale. Morning sickness combined with motion sickness made her feel like death would be a mercy.
Xiao Yuan had no choice but to act. He couldnāt just watch his own sister suffer, so he took out some silver needles and inserted a few into her head.
Then, Xiao Yuzhu sat obediently in her seat, with several silver needles protruding from her head.
Surprisingly, after the needles were inserted, she no longer felt like throwing up and her discomfort eased.
A lady in the back row saw this and asked Xiao Yuan, "Young man, what is this...?"
Xiao Yuan explained, "I am a doctor. My sister felt too uncomfortable from motion sickness, so I applied a few needles."
The lady found it quite peculiar and asked Xiao Yuzhu, "Young lady, do you still feel uncomfortable now?"
Xiao Yuzhu replied softly, "I donāt feel dizzy anymore, nor do I feel the urge to vomit."
Well, it really worked.
Seeing this, a middle-aged man sitting on the other side negotiated with Xiao Yuan, "Could you put a few needles on me as well? I get motion sickness too, and you have no idea how miserable I am every time I fly."
Xiao Yuan saw that the man was genuinely suffering from motion sickness, his face had turned pale, so he took out some needles, sterilized them, and inserted them into the man too.
Once he did that, the middle-aged man also felt much better.
With these two examples, other passengers who felt motion sick also approached Xiao Yuan, wanting to have the needles applied.
Xiao Yuan was somewhat amused but didnāt see it as a difficult task. He didnāt refuse anyone and applied needles to all of them, but he warned them, "Just donāt move around recklessly, you have needles on your head. If you poke them too deep, it could be serious."
So everyone who had needles in remained obediently seated without daring to move.
The flight attendants found it quite amusing to see several passengers with silver needles on their heads.
An hour or so later, the plane had already reached the skies above N city, and Xiao Yuan collected the silver needles into a box before the plane landed.
As soon as the plane landed, Anning took out her phone and contacted Third to see if she had arrived.
Third replied immediately, "Iām here, Iām here. Iāve been waiting for quite a while now, hurry out."
When they came out of the airport, Third was already waiting in her car at the entrance. The three of them got into the car, and Third turned to Xiao Yuan and reminded, "Brother-in-law, we had an agreement. When are you going to work on my face?"
Xiao Yuan replied with a smile, "Iāll take care of it when we get to my place."
Xiao Yuzhu looked at Xiao Yuan and Third, not understanding what they were talking about.
Third started the car and also asked Xiao Yuzhu if she was okay.
Xiao Yuzhu, a little shy, responded in a low voice.
When they arrived at Xiao Yuanās residence, true to his word, Xiao Yuan washed his hands after setting down the luggage and started an acupuncture session for Third.
In less than fifteen minutes, after the needles were removed, Third looked in the mirror and noticed a real difference.
She seemed more beautiful, her skin tauter, and her features more delicate and harmonious. This subtle adjustment was even better than getting cosmetic surgery at a beauty salon.
While she was delighted with the results, Mrs. Jiangās call came through: "Third, why havenāt you come back home yet?"
Third immediately answered, "We got stuck in traffic."
Anning was particularly cooperative, even providing sound effects with her mouth making all sorts of honking noises. Her ventriloquism was truly amazing.
After hanging up the phone, Third gave Anning a thumbs-up: "Second sis, youāve got some real skills there, impressive, impressive."
Mrs. Jiang had called to hurry them, so Anning and Third couldnāt stay at Xiao Yuanās place any longer. They packed up and drove home.
When it was just Xiao Yuan and Xiao Yuzhu left in the house, Xiao Yuan said to Xiao Yuzhu, "Third sis, you go inside and get some rest first. Iāll go cook something."
Xiao Yuzhu heard that Xiao Yuan was going to cook and quickly stopped him: "Iāll do the cooking. You should rest first. With me here, how can I let you cook?"
Since Xiao Yuzhu insisted on cooking, Xiao Yuan didnāt object; he exchanged a few words with her and then went to read.
When Anning got home, Mrs. Jiang immediately began scolding, "Finally back. I thought something had happened to you two. Hurry up and change, weāre about to have dinner."
Anning went to her room with a smile to change clothes, and once Third was dressed, she came out and started to pet Xiao Hua, the cat.
When Mr. Jiang came home and dinner was served, Mrs. Jiang said, "Tomorrow take your sister out to get ready. Your aunt has set her up with a date; theyāll meet tomorrow afternoon."
Jiang Anan, who was eating, was stunned: "Mom, when did I say I wanted to go on a blind date?"
Mrs. Jiang slammed her chopsticks down on the table: "What, are you not happy with it? Look how old you are and still not going on blind dates. Let me tell you, this is someone your aunt is introducing. You must not miss it. Anyway, Iāve said my piece; you have to go tomorrow."
Jiang Anan was still unhappy, but she couldnāt defy her mother, so she ate a few bites of her meal sulkily and went back to her room.
The next morning, Mrs. Jiang woke up her three daughters early and rushed them to get ready to take Eldest to prepare for the blind date.
As they left home, Anning slapped her forehead: "Forgot to ask Mom what the blind date does for a living, how old he is, so we can buy suitable clothes for Eldest sister."
"Right."
Third took out her phone to make a call.
Jiang Anan stopped her with a hand: "Enough, itās just a formality. You two are making too much of a fuss. Iām going to the bun shop first, you guys have fun on your own."
Jiang Anan was obviously reluctant. Seeing that, Anning and Third couldnāt force her, so they just shrugged, powerless.
Anning said to Third, "Iām going over to your brother-in-lawās place. Have fun by yourself."
Watching Eldest and Second leave, Third stamped her foot in frustration: "Whatās with everyone?"
She carried her purse, "Fine, Iāll go back to my own home."
Thirdās place was nicely furnished, but Mr. Jiang and Mrs. Jiang were worried about her living alone. Plus, she wasnāt much of a cook, so they had her stay at home. Now, with nowhere to go, Third stayed at her own place.
Anning went to Xiao Yuanās place, but Xiao Yuan was already at the hospital. Xiao Yuzhu was tidying up the room.
When Xiao Yuzhu saw Anning coming over, she hurriedly asked her to sit and offered drinks and snacks.
Anning waved her hands, "Third sis, stop fussing. Come sit, letās chat."
Xiao Yuzhu sat down on another sofa, rubbing her knees with her hands, "You talk, Iām listening."
Anning thought for a bit, "I just thought, since weāre free now, why donāt I take you out to buy some things. Xiao Yuan has good connections at the hospital and might soon get you an appointment for your surgery. Letās get everything ready in advance to avoid last-minute panic."
Xiao Yuzhu thought it made sense: "Alright then, thanks for the trouble."
So, Anningās shopping plan remained, only the companion changed.
She took Xiao Yuzhu to a nearby supermarket, bought a lot of things, and added some daily necessities for Xiao Yuzhu. They returned with four big bags full of items.
Xiao Yuan went to the hospital and arranged the surgery date with a familiar gynecologist. Once the date was set, he called Anning to ask her to take Xiao Yuzhu for a check-up in the afternoon.
Even though Xiao Yuan and Xiao Yuzhu were siblings, there were things he couldnāt handle when it came to her surgery; having Anning there meant there was someone to lend a hand.
