Mrs. Yan’s smile became even more genuine.

Besides, they still had Yan Zhengnan; even if Si Linna ignored others, she couldn’t possibly hurt Yan Zhengnan.

Anning waited until Si Linna was asleep before quietly getting out of bed.

She took out her phone to call Xiao Yuan.

"Are you asleep?"

She asked Xiao Yuan softly.

Xiao Yuan chuckled: "Not yet, I’m working on a few brushed-up designs."

"Brushed-up designs?"

Anning was quite surprised: "What are you doing that for?"

Xiao Yuan simply laughed: "To make money, of course, I can’t rely on you to support me. Some rich kids somehow heard about traditional brushed-up designs, and now they’re all over Hai City looking for someone to do it. They’re either betting or whatever and are willing to pay a lot, so I took on the job."

"How’s the work schedule? Can you handle it? If you can’t, I can lend you a hand."

Anning asked with a smile.

"Almost done." Xiao Yuan was energetic despite working late; in his past life as an emperor, he often stayed up late, becoming quite the night owl, and his habits have carried over: "Tomorrow is Saturday, no classes, I’ll finish it in a day and then buy some good food for you with the money."

The next morning, as soon as Anning got up, she heard a knock on the door. She opened it to find a bag of breakfast outside, along with a note from Xiao Yuan and a big smiley face.

Anning brought the breakfast inside, just as Si Linna woke up: "Did you go out to buy breakfast?"

Anning chuckled: "No, my boyfriend brought it over."

"Is it that handsome guy from your school?"

Si Linna asked, turning to the bathroom to freshen up.

Anning responded with a nod: "Yes, it’s him, we’ve reconciled."

"Congratulations!"

Si Linna shouted from behind the bathroom door.

Anning set the breakfast, and after Si Linna finished freshening up, she saw two portions set on the table.

The breakfast was simple, with soy milk, buns, and two kinds of cold dishes.

She hadn’t eaten much the night before and was starving, so she quickly sat down to eat.

Anning sat down to eat alongside her, and as they ate, she chatted with Si Linna: "Sister-in-law, let’s go out today, I’ve already planned it. First, we’ll go to the amusement park, yes, but before that, I’ll make some snacks to bring along, and we can settle lunch inside. Then, we’ll watch a movie and go shopping."

So, they bought a lot of makeup, and Anning did a particularly beautiful look for Si Linna.

After the makeover, Anning took her shopping for clothes, choosing several outfits to match her new hairstyle. Once she changed, Si Linna looked years younger.
